Return Policy:
If you’re reading this, we regret that we may not have met your expectations. We accept returns or replacements only for items received in damaged condition.
Our return policy is valid for 48 hours from package receipt. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be considered, as many of our packages contain personalized or perishable items, crafted with meticulous care.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
– Provide photos of the damaged items.
– Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
– Perishable goods like food and flowers cannot be returned.
– Customized items (with name or picture printing, etc.) cannot be returned.
– Gift cards issued in your or someone else’s name.
– Personal care items cannot be returned.
– Sale items are non-refundable.
Please contact us at info@giftcellent.com with the subject “Return” and detail your concern along with pictures (if applicable). We’ll respond within 48 working hours and initiate the return process, if applicable, within 3-4 working days.
For return inquiries, you don’t need to send your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving your return, we’ll acknowledge it and proceed with an evaluation. You’ll be notified of the refund approval or rejection based on our assessment. Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days, deducting 20% logistics fees and 4% transaction fees, as applicable.
Exchange Policy:
We specialize in gifting solutions and don’t offer exchanges. Items can only be replaced if they are defective. Items nearing their expiry date are not considered defective. We strive to ship products with a minimum of 60 days to expiry.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it promptly. If the order hasn’t been dispatched and doesn’t involve customization, we’ll consider cancellation requests.
